Paul Temple and the Curzon Case
An aeroplane crashes on the cliffs of Dulworth Bay, and two boys disappear from a public school in the same village.
Are the two events connected? And who is the mysterious Curzon?
His name first appears etched on a cricket bat owned by one of the missing Baxter boys, but nobody at the school,
in the village or the boys’ father has heard of him.
When another boy vanishes, and a murder occurs, Paul knows that only by fitting a face to the name can he end Curzon’s reign of terror.

Paul Temple and the Tyler Mystery
While on patrol outside Oxford, two policemen notice a stolen car parked in a layby.
On further investigation, they discover the dead body of a young woman huddled in the boot, strangled with a headscarf.
Planning a trip to Paris, Paul and Steve Temple have no intention of becoming involved in the case, dubbed the Tyler Mystery.
But when Sir Graham Forbes discloses that the main suspect is Harry Shelford,
a man Paul put away for fraud four years previously, the Temples feel compelled to investigate.

This story was a Francis Durbridge, with Douglas Rutherford, novel from 1957.

Paul Temple and the Front Page Men
When detective novel “The Front Page Men” is published, it is a smash hit –
not least because no-one knows the true identity of the author, the mysterious Andrea Fortune.
Shortly afterwards, two robberies are committed, and on each occasion a card is left at the scene bearing the words ‘The Front Page Men’.
The police link these thefts to several high-profile kidnapping cases – and then the murders begin.
Could the book be linked to the crimes? Is mild-mannered piano tuner J.P. Goldie as innocent as he seems? And just who is the mastermind behind it all?
With Steve’s life in danger, Paul Temple must find out before it is too late.
